At Devil's Den Confections, we craft small batches of deliciously rich dark chocolate from fair trade cacao and local maple sugar, with no added stabilizers or fillers. Mingle around a shared pot of luscious chocolate fondue while we demo of our "bean to bar" process, showing you how to make chocolate from scratch, which you will be able to customize and take home.

Cupid is setting up shop at Red Bee's Honey House Barn for a sweet afternoon of chocolate and honey lip balm making demonstrations. Attendees will learn how chocolate is made bean to bar from chocolatier Samantha Mauro of Devils Den Confections. Next up Marina Marchese of Red Bee Honey will demonstrate how to make honey lip balm with chocolate flavor. Erika Deutschlander will be pouring samples of organic wines as you feast on chocolate fondue and honey grazing table while we share stories about the history of these culinary delights in our cozy barn. Guest will take home one lip balm and 2 pieces of chocolate.

We will be tasting some delicious wines which are beyond organic- free of added sugar, synthetic pesticides, and chemical additives-wine as nature intended.
