La Dolce Vita: Prosecco, Prosciutto & Profumo di Miele
Excuse us as we indulge our sense of La Dolce Vita! Please join us for an afternoon of tasting and learning about the culture of Italian food, wine, honey while learning basic Italian language skills.
Your host are Marina Marchese author and founder of Red Bee honey and Pat Tinto the newly elected president of NOIAW and Vini, Vitti, Dici, an Italian cultural organization. Marina is an Italian trained honey expert and member of the Italian Nation Register of Honey Sensory Experts and will treat you to a taste of honeys produced in Italy and how they are paired with traditional cheeses. Pat will introduce us to basic Italian phrases on how to order food and wine, talk about its flavors and ingredients.
Each guest will receieve an individual portion box filled with a sampling of Italian cheeses, honey and other nibbles. Clean crafted Italian wine will be served in individual tasting cups. This event takes place in Weston, Connecticut and address with be emailed to all who have registered before the date of this event.
We kindly ask all attendees to respect social distancing protocols and mask are required when not conuming food. Thank you!
