Erika Deutschlander will introduce you to wine from around the world that is beyond organic; free from synthetic pesticides and chemical additives. You will learn why these wines are so special, and what it takes to make such wines that are good for you, and good for our environment. Marina Marchese will treat you to the freshest honey straight from her hives. Learn how honeybees make honey and how the environment affects the quality of the honey produced. These delectables are paired with an assortment of cheeses, fine charcuterie and other accompaniments. You will taste and feel the difference!
