1 cup hazelnuts
1 tablespoon cacao powder
½ cup Raspberry Blossom honey
1 teaspoon coconut or vegetable oil
Pre-heat oven to 350°. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet and toast about
10-12 minutes. Remove nuts from the oven and place in a tea towel. Rub the hazelnuts in the towel to remove their skins. Puree hazelnuts in a food
processor until smooth. Add the cacao powder, honey and oil and pulse until thoroughly combined. Makes 1 cup.
