CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY
DAMAGED PRODUCT: Customer must report damaged or broken items within 24 hours of receiving their order. We require a photograph showing the damaged item/s to support their claim so we may file a carrier liability claim with the carrier.
LOST IN TRANSIT: Customer must report lost packages to us at redebeehoney@gmail.com with customers name and order number so we can investigate the tracking and transit of the package.
RETURNS: Red Bee is unable to accept returns on food and honey products.
EXCHANGES: Red Bee is unable to accept exchanges on food and honey products. All other non edible products can be exchanged with a clear justification rather than impulse.
REFUNDS: Will be granted on items items or orders that are lost or damaged. Customer must report damaged items within 24 hours of receiving their package and submit photographs to support their claim.
LIABILITY RELEASE:
* Please note that by registering and attending any events at Red Bee apiary, you waive acknowledges and agrees that:• There is a potential risk of injury from activities involved in visiting an apiary and private residence, and while particular rules, equipment and personal care may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist; and• I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,• I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. I willingly agree to follow all safety rules for the event and the instructions of the instructor. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation that may cause injury to myself or others I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest instructor or Red Bee representative immediately; and,• For myself, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Red Bee, LLC/ Carla M. DeBenedetto, employees, interns and other participants, and if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the visit (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
