FIELD GUIDE TO RED BEE SINGLE ORIGIN HONEY
EXPLORE + TASTE + LEARN
Every jar of Red Bee single origin honey has its unique flavor profile determined by the type of flowers visited by the honeybees. The ever changing terroir: geographic location, climate, soil and the bees impart complex flavors that dramatically affects the color, aroma, flavor and texture of each honey. Every order of single origin honeys comes with a complimentary set of Honey Tasting mini postcards - honey flavor wheel, color chart and scorecard so you can keep tasting notes for each honey your purchase. A portion of our sales goes directly to supporting our honeybees and pollinator garden.
Honey Care: Pure honey is fragile. To preserve the delicate flavors of your honey, we recommend storing it at room temperature 57°F (14°C) away from direct light or extreme fluctuations in temperature. Pure Honey never needs refrigeration and never spoils! Crystallization is a natural occurrence in honey. Honey can be made liquid again with gentle, slow warming not above 113°F (45° C). Red Bee Honey is raw and unfiltered so you may occasionally find a bee or piece of beeswax in your jar, that’s authentic honey.
