Dates for summer 2027 will bee announced in our newsletter and also sent to the email address you registered with. We schedule these events only on Sundays at 1:00 pm till 2:30 pm EST. Rain or Shine! 
 
Back by popular demand! Red Bee's coveted Talk, Tour, & Honey Tasting! Join beekeeper, author and first US honey sommelier Marina for a bee talk and tour through Red Bee apiary gardens to learn about honeybees, how they make honey and their essential pollination services that bring us 80% of our fresh foods. Then, we will gather in our honey house barn to experience an elegant spread and delicious tasting flight of 5 US honeys from important nectar sources perfectly paired with cheeses, nuts, fruit, chocolate, sour dough bread and a garden salad fresh from our garden. A rare and special treat for anyone who adores honey and bees! Seats are limited, sign up early! Tickets will not be mailed, your emailed receipt is your confirmation. A welcome letter one week before the event with travel details including our private address in Weston, Connecticut.
 
* Please note that by registering and attending any events at Red Bee apiary, you waive acknowledges and agrees that:
• There is a potential risk of injury from activities involved in visiting an apiary and private residence, and while particular rules, equipment and personal care may reduce this risk, the risk of injury does exist; and
• I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
• I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. I willingly agree to follow all safety rules for the event and the instructions of the instructor. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation that may cause injury to myself or others I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest instructor or Red Bee representative immediately; and,
• For myself, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Red Bee, LLC/ Carla M. DeBenedetto, employees, interns and other participants, and if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises used to conduct the visit (“RELEASEES”), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE.
