Carla Marina's previous career as an illustrator and product designer plays an important role in her aesthetics as an honey sensory expert. She studied illustration and design at The School of Visual Arts in New York City. Her love of design and pattern appear in her botanical watercolours, monoprints which all come to life as handmade journals and notecards.
